The Radio Weekend is upon us, and we here on the “Common Sense Show” are working hard to get ready for a lively show. We will begin our show by looking at some of the top news events of the week. Atty. Gen. Eric Holder, for example, told a legislative committee in Washington this week that some banks were just “too big to fail.” What? They’re too big to fail, so you and I have to pay for them? Will dig into this issue. Then Holder compounds his problems by equivocating over whether or not a drone attack can take place against American citizen on American soil. Boy, this guy really knows how to dig his hole. But we will see what you think
Then we will raise the question, “were Christians persecuted after the death of Jesus?” That’s the general opinion today and throughout recent history. But a Catholic theologian at the University of Notre Dame says that’s just not the case. Professor Candida Moss specializes in Biblical studies and early Christian history, and has written a fascinating book called “The Myth of Persecution.” She writes how the early church exaggerated, invented, and forged stories of Christian martyrs, and says none of this is true. You can read all about her new book by Clicking Here.
And finally, is there any real serious chance for immigration reform, and will it take legalizing 12 million illegals immigrants? Let’s hope not. Peter Brimelow will join us, and he is considered to be one of the leading voices on immigration policy. You can read about Peter and his organization, by Clicking Here.  Peter’s book Alien Nation is available by Clicking Here.  So join us for a lively program on stations all over America.
