Many years ago, and about 6 belt notches ago in the waist, I used to be a fair hurdler. I won a championship ;or two, and had the chance to run worldwide on the U.S. Track Team back in 1962. And I know about how important it is to have a good warm up routine. But I never followed the routine of Australian hurdler Michelle Jenneke, who has enthralled the world with her pre-race warm-up dance routine. Take a look and you can see just why her video has gone viral. She’s winning numerous races, so this may be the warm up of the future. You think?
