Can Your Legislator Pass the Test?

My good friend, Attorney Paul Hurd, up in Monroe has spent a great deal of time evaluating the performance of our recent Louisiana legislature, and has come up with a Legislative Competence and Proficiency Test.  Take a look and put a grade to your legislator.  Better yet, email the test to those who represent you and ask them to send it back for your review.    You can look over the whole test by CLICKING HERE.
