Louisiana US Senator David Vitter has caused a firestorm in both Washington and a number of Gulf Coast States by putting a hold on the new nominated FEMA Director Craig Fugate from Florida. He is strongly supported by key republicans, but Vitter says he want answers to a number of past FEMA problems. Is he genuinely concerned or is just political posturing.  You can read about the controversy by Clicking Here, and see two key videos below that cover the Vitter story.
