What Happened in Louisiana Election?

Were you pleased with results in last week’s Louisiana first primary election? Needless to say, the results showed a number of surprises. Incumbent Gov. John Bell Edwards was forced into a runoff, contrary to what to the polls that were taken in the last few weeks. Now there will be quite a knock down drag out run-off with lots of negatives TV spots that will begin soon. And what happened in the insurance commissioners’ race?
