Labor of Love to Vote!

Democracy doesn’t come easy.  Particularly when there is a national election, and there are often long lines at the polls to vote.  To beat the big Election Day crowds, I voted early this year.  But it didn’t help.  There was still a long wait to vote.  My column this week takes a look at voting, with a bit of humor, and some remembrances back to the time when I was Louisiana’s chief elections officer.  Take a look at what I went through.  And be sure to cast your vote next Tuesday.  You can read  my new column now by Clicking on the Red Flashing Box above, or by Clicking Here.
