Who’s in Charge When the Governor Goes a Traveling?

There’s a hot controversy going on down in Louisiana right now over who is in charge and who runs the state when current Governor Bobby Jindal crass crosses America in an effort to be chosen as the vice presidential nominee on the Republican ticket.  Jindal’s staff says he is always in charge and will call the shots no matter where he might be.  But the Louisiana constitution says otherwise.  And I have a bit of personal knowledge about this issue.  Take a look at my new column now posted.  You can read it by going to the Flashing Red Box above, or by Clicking Here.  Also, a bit of humor in the satire of Jindal below.
