My good friend of many years, former Alabama insurance commissioner Mike Weaver, passed away this week. He had a wonderful sense of humor, was there to help anyone in need, and had one of the best insurance minds I ever met. He was a young 70 years old, and passed away way too soon. We will sure miss him.
