Have you heard or read about Oklahoma druggist Jerome Ersaind, who was confronted by two robbers in his store, pulled a gun and shot one thug, ran after the other one, then came back and shot the wounded thug 5 times as the thug lay on the floor? It was the subject of my radio show yesterday, that , as you can imagine, generated many calls.  The druggist has been charged with murder. Is this just? What would you have done? Take a look at the video below. Most of my callers thought he would not be found guilty.
