The entire gun-control debate has heated up significantly following the shootings in Las Vegas, and at the church in a small Town in Texas. Both gun-control and gun rights activists blame each other. Is the debate frozen or what can be done? Well, actually a lot. You see, there are a number of laws on the books keeping dangerous people from having guns, but these laws are just not enforced.
