We live our daily lives, and are glad when the bad guys are arrested and put in jail. But sometimes, prosecutors mess up. By and large, we have good prosecutors at both the state and federal level. But there are bad eggs in every batch. A fellow named John Thompson quietly died last week. And he was the victim of one of the worst cases of prosecutorial misconduct that ever happened in America.
