Everybody, and I mean, everybody, has a reason why Louisiana pays the highest automobile insurance rates in the nation. It’s the lawyers, right? After all, they’re on TV, it seems, four or five times an hour. What about the insurance companies? They two run dumb TV ad, including an ostrich that runs around in circles.
