WAS THE COURSE OF HISTORY CHANGED IN LOUISIANA?

We can look over the past and find the number of examples were some small event in one country could affect the whole world. That’s exactly what I would argue has happened in Louisiana one event, the Battle of New Orleans, had a dramatic effect, not just on America, but on the whole course of history.
