So our new Louisiana governor, Jeff Landry, has been appointed by the President to be the special ambassador to Greenland. I guess the Governor is bored and looking for something else to do. But when he leaves the state, who runs the government? The Governor will say he continues to do so by phone and text. But is this legal? What does the state Constitution say about this?
