FOUR’S A CHARM FOR A LOUISIANA SPEAKER!

Over the last half century, Time and again a Louisiana congressman has tried to be Speaker of the United States, House of Representatives. Second line of being president of the United States. But despite how closely several members came, no one quite reached the pinnacle. That is until now. Out of the blue, came a little known congressman from Shreveport.  Congressman, Mike Johnson surprised everyone and was elected. And that’s not all. The second spot is being held by Jefferson Parish Congressman Steve Scalise. So little ole’ Louisiana has the two top spots in the House. What are the odds?
