Last time Louisiana adopted a new constitution, it was 50 years ago. A great deal has happened in the state since then. There’s rumblings now but it’s time for a new convention. I was a delegate to C 73, and I agree it’s time for a new constitution to be written. I analyze all my thoughts oaths issue in my new column that is now posted.
