The legislature is coming into session this week, and here we go again. All this talk about insurance, and nothing substantive happening. All the proposals so far are nothing more than legislators putting their fingers into the insurance dike that’s about to collapse. I write about some of the questionable ideas put forth so far, and how nothing has been proposed to give protections for policyholders.
