It’s been 50 years since the constitutional convention of 1973, and Louisiana’s current constitution was written. I was fortunate to be in that number. Those of us still living, and there are a few, gathered at the Louisiana governor’s mansion for a luncheon and time to look back. Governor Edwards hosted our gathering, and it was a great time to see all friends.
