Jerry Lee Lewis went a long way from Ferriday Louisiana, traveling worldwide, and became the King of rock and roll music. But when it came to pick his final resting place, he told his wife he wanted to come back home to Ferriday. I traveled this past Saturday to my old home of Ferriday, and greeted hundreds of old friends who had turned out in the pouring rain to attend the Killer’s funeral.
