Eating good food is way of life down in the deepest of the deep southern states-my home Louisiana. And if you follow Louisiana cooking, you will find that we eat just about everything. And make it taste pretty good while we’re at it. Now most everyone has heard about the fact that we eat alligator and frog legs. But how about some of the more exotic dishes? Can you say raccoon?
