With the Louisiana statewide election only a matter of days way, it’s time for me to look into my crystal ball, wave my magic wand, and make predictions of just to who is going to be the winners and losers. Incumbents always have a big advantage and that is certainly true this time around. I’ll look at the statewide races and tell you my observations. Also, voters are straddled with for constitutional amendments. I’ll tell you why it was irresponsible of the Legislature to even put them on the ballot to begin with.
