Did you vote in advance i n the first primary election for numerous offices that were on the ballot? About 35% of the registered voters did in Louisiana. There’s been a huge upturn in people voting early since the laws have been changed. In my column this week, I write about some of the stranger things that happened to me when I absently voted.
