A lot of people complain about their elected officials and feel they need better results when it comes to governing on a local, state, or national level. But how do you determine performance? In the private sector, if you invest in a company and don’t like what the leadership is doing, you can all ways sell your stock or pull out of your investment. But what about the public sector?
