Louisiana U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy made a Facebook post saying that he caught a raccoon in his backyard and ate it for breakfast. Okay, okay. Don’t roll your eyes. Have you ever tried raccoon? Actually, it’s a staple in many rural areas, particularly in the south. And guess what? I even have my own recipe.
