WHAT’S THE NEW SECRETARY OF STATE TO DO?

Just a few weeks until election day on November 6th. Here in Louisiana, the top of the ballot is the election for Secretary of State. This is a job I know well, having held it for eight years. So are the candidates talking about the important issues facing the next Secretary of State? So far, it looks like they are not. In my new column now posted, I list the priorities that the candidates should be talking about.
