TERM LIMITS FOR SUPREME COURT JUSTICES?

Political partisanship has never been more on display as we are watching now involving the confirmation of a proposed justice to the Supreme Court.  Is this the way this system is supposed to work? Can’t we do better than what’s on display right now in Washington? There’s an idea that it is gaining a great deal of momentum.
