Anyone who looks over the structure of the Louisiana government will come to one conclusion. The make up of the state, and the way it is run, hasn’t change in over 100 years. There are inefficiencies glory, duplicated services, out of date practices, and a major waste of money on both the state and local level. There’s got to be a better way to skin the cat.
