POLITICS BEING CRIMINALIZED BY PROSECUTORS?

Too often, justice runs amuck and is denied in America today. One of the most grievous cases showing outright prosecutorial misconduct is centered on former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman. His supposed crime was simply raising funds to support a referendum creating a lottery with money going into public education. Virtually every neutral observer who has looked at the case, including a number of news organizations and Attorney Generals across the country, have concluded that Siegelman got railroaded.
