When President Trump looked around the country for potential Supreme Court justices, it was obvious he didn’t spend anytime looking down in the Bayou State. Justices almost always come from the various Courts of Appeals around the country. But the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals was not given the time of day, and for obvious reasons.
