SENATE DEBATE ORGANIZERS DO DISSERVICE TO VOTERS!

Here’s the question. Should a state public television station that is supported by taxpayer’s dollars be allowed to let a private group of businessmen to decide whom to include or not include in televised debates for the US Senate? There are 24 candidates running in Louisiana. But only five will be allowed to debate on the taxpayer funded television station. Is this fair? And how do we get to this point look first place? Louisiana has this “jungle primary” that allows any and all candidates to run same time. Is it time for change? All these are important questions as the November election looms close at hand.
