Way down in Louisiana, the deepest of the deep southern states, a new Louisiana Governor is fighting to keep his head above the water. There is unanimous agreement that previous Gov. Bobby Jindal created one heckuva mess. Now it’s up to John Bel Edwards to try his best in cleaning it all up. But it’s a big job. The state is broke. Dead broke! My concern is that the new governor is all over the map, and doesn’t have a real game plan confected. He needs to quickly get his new act together, and, I talk about this in my new column now posted.
