Is it time to open up the prison doors and let all non-violent convicts out? Many politicians are saying so to save money. Is that a justifiable reason to cut sentences or move many prisons in to re-hab programs? And just who is a non-violent felon? Is the driver of the getaway car at a bank robbery non ““violent?
