Major cities in the US are sinking and are demanding action to stop the water flow. Boston is hollering that they need federal help, and may end up being the next Venice. Miami and the Everglades are asking for federal dollars. Baltimore and New York are reeling after Hurricane Sandy, and say they may be sinking. Louisiana has been saying the same thing for 30 years, yet little has really been done. What’s the price tag? 50 billion dollars! $100 billion! What on earth can we do about this mess?
