Little Flood Insurance Help!

Lots of high fives given by Gulf Coast Congressmen last week, particularly amongst the Louisiana Delegation. They were congratulating themselves over the new flood insurance legislation that is supposed to protect property owners in flood prone regions from getting hit with huge flood insurance rates from the federal government.  But did property owners really get a break?  Maybe not.  Take a look at my new column, now posted, that says maybe this new law doesn’t really do all that much to give property owners any significant relief.  You can read it now by Clicking on the Red Flashing Box above, or by Clicking Here.
