How scary is this?  Prosecutors who can indefinitely imprison you even thought there are no charges against you. In America? No way! Well, yes way, according to the United States Supreme Court. Someone serving time for mail fraud or tax evasion could be declared “dangerous” if a prosecutor feels he or she might have a “tendency” to commit further crimes, even if the sentence was not for a criminal conviction. That’s not me talking, but it’s the view of conservative members of the Supreme Court as well as Rush Limbaugh. It’s the Thought Police and the Supremes have given this concept it’s blessing. What a tragedy. Take a look at my new column that should raise some chilling questions. You can read it now by Clicking on the Red Flashing Box above, or by Clicking Here.
