We Still Went Over the Fiscal Cliff!

So the country avoided going over the fiscal cliff, and we were all saved from financial Armageddon! Right? Good luck! Congress did a lot more than just kick the can down the road. They dramatically increased spending by a mere  “4 Trillion Dollars,” and raised taxes on 77 % of the American population. Is it any wonder that a new poll has cockroaches with a higher favorability rate than members of congress? I kid you not. I try to put this whole financial mess in some perspective in my new column now posted.
