Rape Made Even Worse by an Insensitive Judge!

Rape is a terrible atrocious thing for any person to have to deal with. But what happens when a judge makes light of it? That it was something that could have been avoided by the person being raped?  What kind of judge, making such outrageous statements, should be allowed to stay on the bench in the first place?  If you agree, click on the link below.
