An Uncaring Supreme Court Let’s America Down!

A repugnant decision was handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court that casts dispersion on any sense of fairness in both the federal and state judicial system.  A New Orleans man spent 18 years on death row for a crime he did not commit.  Sometimes the prosecutors get it wrong.  But in this case, it was a calculated effort to cover up the truth.  Jim Brown’s new column tells a chilling story right out of a John Grisham novel.  Unfortunately, it’s a true story this time.  A chilly, disgusting, and ugly story about prosecutors in New Orleans and an uncaring U.
