I grew up politically with “Saturday Night Live.” I can still picture Chevy Chase stumbling at his speaker’s stand imitating Producer Gerald Ford stumbling and falling down. Ford was probably the best former athlete who ever served in the White House, but Chase, on Saturday Night Live, tagged him as a bumbler. The show is often accused of favoring the democrats. But they sure lambasted the present democratic “do nothing” president (as they pictured him) in last week’s sketch.
And a must see is the two sketches on Congressman Joe Wilson (“You Lie”) and Louisiana’s own James Carville. They are right on the money with the Raging Cajun. Check out all these sketches below.
