The anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attach on New York passed rather quietly last week. Remember how Mayor Rudy Giuliani and President Bush both vowed to quickly rebuild the smoldering hole in the ground that would be bigger and better than before? Well eight years have gone by and Ground Zero remains just that-noting but the hole. A new tower was to be built, but the projected completion date has been pushed back years and probably decades. One question to ask: If this hugh project is rebuilt, would you want to work in the building? Would you have safety concerns? I was at the site recently as you can see below with attorney friend Kevin Salter. Sadly, not much to look at. As slow as the recover as been in New Orleans, it looks like New York’s is even slower.
