How Bad Can Insurance Climate Get in Louisiana?

 

 It’s been a really bad month for insurance policyholders and taxpayers in Louisiana.  You wonder if anything else traumatic can happen.  Questionable audits, misspending, major investigations, court orders make insurance documents public, troubled companies, and hands down the highest insurance rates in the country.  Can things get any worse?  Why does Louisiana have the worst insurance climate in the country?
