For Your Freedom, take two minutes of time.

It was Veterans Day on Tuesday of this week. And very few people remembered in any fashion. There are only one or two American flags in my large subdivision. State employees in Louisiana were given a holiday, but it was merely a day away from work. Nothing special.  I know of no public official in the state who attended and spoke at any remembrance gathering. How quickly we forget the losses and sacrifices of so many men and women who fought to give us or freedom.  Younger people reading this site will have no comprehension of the draft and the choices one had to make it enlist in the armed services.
